Please note that if you “no show, no call” there will be a 50% fee charged to the card on file. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out 12 hours prior to your service. “No show/ No Call” fee must be paid before rescheduling future appointments. Refusing to pay said fee will result in not being able to book future appointments again and could potentially lead to being banned from booking.
